Gotrade

Animation

Gotrade is an investment trading application that allows people to invest in U.S. stocks by purchasing fractions of a share. I create animations to introduce new features and improve the in-app user experience.


PROCESS
I work with the product team to learn about new features and areas of the app that need to be simplified. We brainstorm and discuss our ideas using sketches and low fidelity mockups in Figma. 
I illustrate the graphic and create the animation in Adobe After Effects. Working with the engineering team, we make sure the animation looks consistent in the app.
